Dr. William Jesse Bryant

For years my mother and I had to put up with him and his quack nurses, and I resent all of them more with each appointment. Dr. Bryant himself often stays in his office, away from his patients. This doesn't disturb me too much. That is, until you have to step in for him to examine you. Let's just say I don't quite trust him after I had walked in on him reading a swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated during work hours. He will handle you without gloves, in the operating room of another patient. Speaking of rooms, let's talk about that for a bit. The walls are dingy and stained with God knows what, the tools are speckled with rust, and most chairs are in a central room, with three right next to each other and two isolated facing the opposing corners. The worst seats are the three side by side, because you can hear all the conversations of the other sad, disgruntled patients. There are two other seats used for changing brackets in seperate rooms, but they're small and cramped. Not to… mention, one has a hole in the foam ceiling. It's a wonder how the nurses stand to work under him. And, most of the time, they move on to other practices within a month or so. There are two I can remember have been with him for a while. One runs the front desk, and the other does most repairs. The front desk lady is fine (well fine to us), but Nora, the repairs lady, is an absolute brute. She will tussle your head around, push in on your teeth, stretch at your mouth as if it was taffy, and make you cry all in the name of 'helping your teeth' when in reality I'm almost certain mine are on the verge of falling out. Long story short, every aspect about this place is an absolute hellhole for both patients and their guardians. Please avoid this office at all costs, and get Dr. Bryant the retirement he obviously needs desperately.

Hello , I do recomend this orthodontist to everyone. He is great , gets along with most of the kids pretty well and is helpful. His workers that are in the front desk are great! Theyre so happy and communicative with everyone. He has little signs around his room all teens can relate to ! It's a great place to make friends , talk . Also don't forget to ALWAYS wear your rubber bands . One of my dislikes is that they're aren't any colors in the braces and my kids thought "well why not I get colors" I think he should start doing colors and it will much enjoyable .

This place is horrible. The lady in the front has a nasty attitude. The first appointment, I went in and I had to go to the back for X-Rays (NO PARENT). Now the second appointment, I waited forever for the orthodontist to come back from his "Lunch Break". So this guy doesn't really mention nothing about any colors or how braces work. He just wanted to get down to business as in he showed me this paper that said the braces costed $5000. Wow, WHAT A RIPOFF!! Don't waste your time going there.

I have many surgeries and Doctor Bryant has always worked with me and helped me and prayed for me and always been so sweet to me. He honestly is the best orthodontist. I had braces and got them removed and had retainers then I had surgery on my mouth and chin and could get my retainers in so he is going to help me get my teeth straight again for the second time. He likes respect. If you respect him he will respect you.

Doctor was rude to me and my son. The waiting room stunk and the chairs were so stained I was afraid to sit. After the way the spoke to us we left and requested a referral to another Ortho from our insurance company

They really don't care about you. I remember I left from there crying in pain one day and they didn't even care. They yank on you and hurt you more then it should have. Because of them, I am just traumatized about any dentists

I had a great experience here Dr. Bryant is very stern but means well and cares about the patients treatment as well as their grades in school. Office front desk staff are very helpful and nice.

Although the wait time is very short, I do not recommend him to anyone. His attitude is very unprofessional, his work space is dirty, every patient is seen in the same room, with beds side by side. Everytime I visit I feel as though I will be judged, and setting up appointments is near impossible with them never answer calls or not calling back. Nor will they callo remind of appointments, like other dentists or orthodontist.

Please if you have a TMJ problem do not see this quack. He used his many tests along with X-rays and diagnosed me with TMJ strain. I got worse and 3 months later got a second opinion and a third and found that I have advanced osteoarthritis with disc displacement and now need surgery. Both doctors one a TMJ specialist and the other a Rheumatologist looked at Dr. Bryant's X-rays and could see the arthritis in his own X-rays. He charged me $5000 for nothing. DO NOT GO THERE...

My daughter had her bottom braces on and was using a retainer. We had problems with the retainer, it was chocking her, I asked him if we had different options and he said my daughter didn't want them bad enough and was making excuses. When I asked him again what our options are were he said "She can keep the open bite or do what I tell her to do." and he told me to stop trying to tell me how do his job." He's so rude and unprofessional and its disgusting. He made me go back into the waiting room after I told him to just take her bottom braces off (which he didn't even touch, never tightened them or anything) I think it's degrading that the parents are not allowed in the back, what is thereto hide?? I have filed a complaint once before and was looking for a new dentist but, he was the only one who took our insurance. I can't stand that man and would NOT recommend him, I didn't even want to give him one star if I didn't have to.
