Dr. William Roger Burden, MD

Save your money and go elsewhere or you will be unhappy and have to get a revision. Didn’t address very asymmetrical nostrils or deviated septum. Ended up with poor breathing, deformity and collapse of bone and cartilage. Do your homework and go elsewhere.

I felt comfortable with Dr. Burden and his office staff when discussing my concerns. I felt secure with his comments & would have full faith in having a surgical procedure with him.

If you go see him, he will be charming. He has a great bedside manner, that is where it ends. I am horrified. He refuses to admit mistakes, just points out other flaws. You will be very sorry. Please listen to the warnings.

I have been contemplating getting lipo and a tummy tuck for some time as I am near 50 yrs of age. Dr. Burden is an experienced and friendly surgeon that made me feel very comfortable! Which is a lot to say when you're naked in front of a complete stranger, especially for someone as modest as myself.

I had lost 160 lbs and went to Dr. Burden to deal with Post Weight Loss issues. I was 100% satisfied with Dr. Burden and his entire staff. And his Nurse Joan is just fantastic. A few key points for me. Dr. Burden answered any questions I had. I was told up front what to expect post surgery so I knew what I was getting into. His nurse Joan also answered any questions I had along the way as well and went out of her way to make sure I had the appointment times I needed. I also had larger than realistic expectations about what I was asking for and Dr. Burden made sure I understood realistic limitations and wisely recommended that I not do to much at one time. In the end I believe everything went as well as it could have gone and I would highly recommend Dr. Burden and his practice.

I had a superficial melanoma removed from my face by my Dermatologist. The area removed was quit large. I knew that I had to have a Plastic Surgeon do the closure. I was familiar with Destin Plastic Surgery and that is who I felt comfortable with for the procedure. Dr. Burden and all the staff went out of their way to make this procedure happen. Dr. Burden fit me into his schedule which was booked. He did a wonderful job with the closure and went beyond expectations to explain everything to my husband. I went to see Dr. Burden for a breast augmentation and I could NOT be happier! This Is a procedure I have dreamed of having since before having children, and more so even after. Not only do they look very natural by they feel pretty close to natural. During the healing processed I was concerned that we went too large, but after the swelling went down and the implants dropped into place I can say the size is EXACTLY what I had in mind. Dr. Burden was not the only person to make this experience great I have to say that Joan, his nurse, is who really made this experience so positive for me! She is very upbeat and positive. She listens great and her homecare instructions and examples are great. You don't feel like just another person in the doctors office and I love that! She is easily my favorite nurse alongside the nurse who helped me deliver my first child. You can tell she has experience and without a doubt belongs in the healthcare profession! I also need to say thank you to Natalie,… his patient care coordinator. She is so personable. She takes the time out to explain anything and everything you need to know in order to schedule an appointment, without making you feel pressured to schedule. I love that. I have worked in healthcare offices and been to health care offices where they don't even want to give you time to think about the decision or even ask what you thought about the information given. It was really nice. I would recommend anybody I knew to Dr. Burden and his staff! Thank you Dr. Burden and Joan!
