Used them for years. However, this covid-19 has taken over & caused them to turn me away. I drove 40 miles on a 46 degree morning at 8am! I had my heat turned on and when I get there I follow their protocols by wearing a mask and allowing them to take my temp. I have not had a temp in months! Their no touch thermometer read my temp as 101 degrees, I knew it wasn’t right immediately! I would not have put myself or anyone in the position to get sick...IF I WERE SICK! She went to get another thermometer & it then read 100 degrees. This goes on for twenty minutes and I’m so frustrated. I explain I drove a long way on a cold morning, if I would have known I could of had my heat turned on in my car then I wouldn’t of came!! I stayed several times I would just come back another time. The hygienist suggested to wait again to take temp since it was probably due to my heater in my car. Well, it was 99 degrees and the dentist would then see me. Apparently...she had told the whole floor the… situation. Once I walked in, I was stared at like I had the plague. No one wanted to touch my insurance card! In fact, when she sent me to the hygienist that was suppose to clean my teeth, she said, “ no, I ain’t doing that!” There were other hygienist there that was available and none would take me in their chair! Then the hygienist who took my temp said, “fine! I’ll do it!” My heart dropped as the way I was being treated after driving 40 miles on a cold morning! They were treating me! I was paying them! Yet, they treat me that way? I have never & can never forget. It was so traumatic!
