Dr Carley misdiagnosed my torn rotator cuff for a year and forced me to endure painful, expensive, useless physical therapy sessions. I had to see another doctor to get a MRI and the correct diagnosis.

He wrote a prescription for which my insurance requires prior authorization and it's been 20 days and his staff still hasn't picked up the phone to get this approved so I'm without my medication. His response to my depression was to see a therapist, jeez..what great news...he doesn't have a clue about medications. What a joke! I'm going back to my previous doctor, even if I have to drive 20 miles.

Been going to DR Carley for 20 years, won't go to anyone one else. At work there are cheaper medical plans ie:Kaiser, Sharps but I have always changed my insurance so I can use Scripps. Well worth it.

Have used him for many years. This guy has integrity, spot on diagnoses and practices medicine the way it should be. All doctors should take a lesson from him on doctor patient relations. Recently had to change medical plans and was extremely disheartened that he wasn't listed as provider on my new plan. definitely will miss him. If you can get him as your primary care provider you won't be disappointed.
