Dr. William Shaw Carlson, MD

Dr. William Carlson, M.D., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with FirstCall DPC, caring for adolescents (14+) and adults through the practice's national physician-led ADHD program and full-spectrum Direct Primary Care. Trained in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine, Dr. Carlson combines the breadth of family practice with the decisiveness of emergency care to deliver thorough, evidence-based, and highly personal medicine.

Within the ADHD program, he provides comprehensive evaluations, individualized medication management, and structured monthly follow-up with PDMP review and direct physician access — the continuity and safety patients increasingly seek and rarely find in high-volume telehealth. He cares for busy professionals, students, first responders, executives, and adults navigating executive dysfunction.
