Dr. William Louis Case, MD

I went to Dr. Case for a colonoscopy and 3 weeks later I was still hurting, I called several times to get an appointment because I know I was not hurting with the last one, when I finally got in contact with them I went in and told him I was still hurting and he appeared to get agitated and wanted me to do a CT, ok I got it done, and it took me 2 weeks to get in contact with them and when I did they claimed they were trying to get in contact with me but they were calling the wrong number, how that happened I don't know. When I got the appointment I sat in the waiting room for an hour and 10 minutes when I did get to the room I waited another 10 minutes only for him to come in the room where me and my husband were sitting acting like he really didn't want to be there and he refused to answer my questions about my test results and told me to look it up on line, then he suggested I go to another doctor and I did, I felt like my life was on the line and he could have cared less. I will… continue consulting with my Attorney about this incident, but I suggest you be cautious!

2 years ago I saw this doctor in the hospital. I went there approx. 5 times. He said I had celiac and the reason I wasn't getting better was because I was non-compliant even though I was adhering to a strict gluten free diet. I kept getting worse and he said there was nothing he could do. I got worse , my weight went to about 70 lbs, I could no longer walk and needed diapers due to constant loose stools that I could not control. My family took care of all my needs and then I went to another hospital where they found that I had went into heart failure & I had to have a pacemaker. They discovered I did not have celiac but had Whipple"s disease, and it could be treated. Thanks to the other hospital and my new Doctors I am back on my feet and have gained a lot of weight (too much) . My point is if he had not dismissed me as non-compliant and did he job I would not have gotten to deaths door. I would not send anyone to him!

This Dr. Needs to retire he has the worst attitude to be a Dr. Acts like he could care less about your problems and your health! Very short and walk out of the room! Your Fired!

Dr was rude, has poor communication skills. He might be a great Dr but he was not happy with the fact that my hubbys colonoscopy was the “worst I have done in 30 years.” “His colon was too long”. Sorry doc next time I will make him drink that stuff for 5 days instead of 3 and will cut off his colon to make it shorter. Sorry you were inconvenienced by having to do a colonoscopy on a Sunday. Sorry I wanted to hear “ I am sorry Mrs. ......I was not able to do a successful procedure because.....when he wakes up please tell him that we are going to try...anything showing compassion would have been welcome from this man with poor social skills. He will not be seen by me or my husband in the future.

He needs his license revoked!!

This bastard should not be allowed to practice medicine. I went there with a severe problem all he said is I am not going to be able to help you. I think it was because I had already done an MRI and CT scans in Troy Al Hospital and he would not get the normal kick back for having it done himself. He showed no interest in my problem at all. Dr. Case healed my mother completely!!!

His nurse at Providence was very nice and asked a lot of questions but he entered the room, two or three words and schedule an endoscopy. The day of the test I expected a little more talking about the results. He came up and said test was normal, turn around and left. This dr is rude and does not like to communicate with patients. Still having symptoms including "melena" but will find someone who actually want to follow up and help me get answers.

It took me a week to schedule an appointment because they would not call me back. I called over 4 times. This should have warned me of what was to come but I didn't listen to my inner self. At the appointment, I felt as though he either couldnt understand what I wasy saying or he didnt believe me. Anyway, test were done but they didnt explain anything. And guess what, I still dont have the results even though I have called for over a week. they finally called my husband phone number and told him they hadn't heard from me. Haha. they must be too busy for people like me who are sick and in need of help.

Beware! This Doctor has a deplorable bedside manner and essentially told me that there was nothing he could do for me. He spent 10 minutes with me and would not have asked for any kind of medical history if I had not offered it. He belittled me and made me feel stupid. He finished the appointment by walking out of the office without a word to me. Not to mention that his staff could be overheard making fun of a patient that had called in with a question.
