Dr. William Guglielmo Cataldi, DO

Called office yesterday, have a sinus infection. I was told no appointments availble Monday or Tuesday, I asked if Dr Could prescribe antibiotic? I was told he would call me back after he saw all his patients for the day, I called back at 3:45, was told he was still wrapping up his day. Called back again at 5:50 ( as office was open until 6) got an answering service a rather snippy young lady! I would not write this, but this is the 3rd time this has happened, the other time I got Poison ivy, I nor any of us plan our illnesses, I have been with this dr for about 15 years! I have each time gone instead to a minute clinic, is it your employees who drop the ball or too many patients? I really never liked seeing a Nurse Practioner, but maybe a suggestion to elivate turning. Patients away

Not very thorough. Came in with severe headache. Did not even perform complete examination. Asked if I had a fever. Said I did not know, but he did not make the effort to take my temp. I left in the same condition I came in with no treatment. He even ordered the wrong blood tests. This guy is a joke. I went to urgent care the next day and got diagnosed and treated. I tried this guy for about 4 visits. He is now fired.

GREAT DOCTOR AND CANDY & DONNA AT THE OFFICE ARE GREAT - SOME OF THE NEWER PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE A GOOD/FRIENDLY ATTITUDE.

Dr. Cataldi used to be a very thorough and caring doctor when he had his private practive in the late 1970's and 1980's. He is burnt out and does not spend time with you as a patient. I had been misdiagnosed several times by him and prescribed medication I am allergic to. Do your self a favor and stay away from this office. The staff is rude and the other doctors in his office are not that great either.
