He's the best doctors that I've ever dealt with. He has a great sense of humor and bedside manners. He's very thorough and takes his time to answer questions. He always takes time to explain my lab work.

WHILE DR. CHEATHAM IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR, THE OFFICE STAFF ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WHAT A SHAME THAT AN AMAZING DOCTOR HAS SUCH AWFUL STAFF! RUDE IS NOT THE WORD!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheatham for 15+ years and you will never find a better physician. I have taken my wife and children here and we have always received the best possible care.

just walked in office first time seeing and said I'm really busy never even did my yearly physical had nurse so would never go back

Never have I encountered such a Doctor who was so unprofessional. I went to Dr. Cheatham to refill my medications. I have been travelling back and forth from England working on moving there. I was given a medication in England which is working for me. So I was running out and was reffered to Dr. Cheatham that he's a great Doctor who listens and will help. Here's my experience: A Doctor who doesn't introduces himself to a new patient. Yells at his staff from accross the room for things he needs. Was told to do bloodwork for one price but was charged another. Staff telling me I misunderstood the Doctor on pricing with a look. A Doctor who calls his patient Odd cause I was upset not angry at his actions on giving me a hard time. Told me I irrated him ( most likely cause I questioned his actions). Told me to go call a Pharmacy in Canada to get the one medication he wasnt able to prescribe due to him not wanting to look for a replacement. Also since I irritated him because I didnt… understand his actions he told me to find another Dr who is more empathetic to my needs. He will not see me anymore if I needed help. Honestly, I'm a sensitive person I do cry when I'm upset and I did when Dr. Cheatham spoke to me in the manner that he did. As a patient asking for help I felt disrespected by Dr. Cheatham being repeatedly call Odd and not trying his best as a Doctor to help a patient. I can only think Dr. Cheatham didn't try his best is due to I didn't have health insurance so I might not be a repeat patient. I hope this review will help you in your decision on choosing him as your physician.

Stay away from this doctor. The doctor will chose his policy over your health every time. An example of this and note this is just one example as my wife had several bad experiences as well. She was smart and found a new doctor before I did. Anyway, I am on Thyroid medication and have been the past 10 years. I always go in for a 6 month visit to do blood work etc. I had an appointment set but had to cancel and reschedule for 2 weeks later due to my Dad passing away. I was flying home out of state. I explained this but was treated like a criminal as if I was trying to get away with something. I told them I would be out of town and out of pills. The staff and the doctor couldn't have cared less and said, sorry this is our policy. This doctor will hold your health hostage over an office vistor payment. So much for caring and compassion!!!

Worst experience Iâ??ve ever had with a doctor and front of house staff. I asked to speak with the doctor three times and he keeps having someone else call. Seems all about getting his copay and really nothing else. All he does is refer you out to other doctors, not sure what I was paying for. Avoid this â??doctorâ??!

Dr. Cheatham did more for me in the first 10 minutes of my first visit than my former doctor did for me in ten years. He has always listened to me, diagnosed and treated me with the utmost respect, care, and professional expertise. After moving away from south Florida I've driven 1,200 miles to continue with him over the past few years. It saddens me to finally have to choose a new general practitioner in another part of the state. Dr. Cheatham is as good a man as he is a doctor and no one will be able to replace him.

Dr Cheatham is the best Dr. I have seen in South Florida. Courteous staff and he spent ample time with me,t husband and daughter.

Rude, unprofessional staff. Save your self time and money and heed my advise, do not waste your time going to this office. Once you get beyond the terrible front office, the doctor and his NP aren't much better. If you have more than a head cold and need real medical attention this is NOT the place for you. So disappointed.
