Very rude staff. Dr. Chen's nurse acted annoyed when I attempted to make appointment with him. I will not go back.

rude, uninterested and just wanted to get out of the examining room as quickly as possible. I would not recommend this dr. to anyone

Employees at this office treated me with a rude demeanor because I am younger than most patients they receive. Dr. Chen did not follow up promptly after surgery and did not attempt to return my phone calls promptly or properly diagnose my problem. After my experience with him, I would not recommend him to a friend.

Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and is recognized by surgeons as highly accurate. He is precise and thorough. He is caring. Only downside is that he is very busy but this too is a testament to his excellence in his field.
