I chose to become a physical therapist because of my experiences as a high school athlete and the physical therapists who helped me when I was younger. Physical therapy is unique because it allows us to spend meaningful time with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, supporting them through every phase of recovery. My clinical interests include sports medicine and rehabilitation, return-to-sport programs for competitive and recreational athletes, and post-operative rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping patients recover safely, regain confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy. My approach to care centers on patient education. I believe successful rehabilitation requires a clear understanding of symptom management, appropriate loading of injured tissues, adjusting activity based on the body's response, and building lifelong strength and fitness habits. My goal is for every patient to leave therapy with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to manage …their condition independently and maintain long-term wellness. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball and adult softball, watching sports, baking pizza, and spending time with my wife and young son hiking, exploring new places, and discovering great local restaurants.
