He's a great Dr. Office staff needs some customer service training; However he's great!

He is one of the most Experienced doctor i ever found. was able to understand the situation when was in a labor and waited late hours to make normal instead of C Section. I was able to recover as soon because of Dr. Clark

I don’t usually write reviews unless I have something good to say, but in this case, Dr. Clark’s awful misdiagnosis and his office’s disgusting lack of basic service, lack of understanding of my health situation and total lack of compassion/decency with regard to such leads to my rating. After being a patient of this practice for many years, I had have hoped that I could get an appointment reasonably soon after an unrelated hip MRI found a mass on one of my ovaries. However, I couldn’t get in to see ANYONE, never mind a doctor, for weeks creating plenty of anxiety in and of itself. When I did finally get in, Dr. Clark told me that the mass was nothing and not to worry about it. Only when I questioned him, did he offer to send me for a cancer blood test. After waiting and waiting for the results, I finally called to ask. Eventually his nurse called back to say the blood test came back elevated, but Dr. Clark was not in to discuss it with me! Apparently nobody who works in Dr. Clark’s… office has ever had to deal with possibility of cancer because their complete lack of empathy and/or concern for their patients is astounding. In addition to a horrific misdiagnosis, I had plenty of issues with rude, brusque treatment from office staff (not everybody, but a lot), lack of follow up, incorrect scripts being sent for further testing, etc., etc. It truly became a comedy of errors, except that it wasn’t funny because it was my life at stake.

20 weeks pregnant and switched from community care obgyn to Dr Clark. Absolutely stellar care. Office staff have NEVER been rude. They ALWAYS call me 3 business days ahead of time to remind me of an appointment. I have seen multiple nurses and techs, all were kind and professional. Answers my "first time pregnant questions" without ever sounding annoyed etc.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to! Not only do they NOT call to confirm appointments they don't call you with your test results either. After having a routine pap smear I had to wait a year until I was told that something was wrong. When were they ever going to tell me? What if I didn't go back the next year for my exam? How can an office get away with this. As a patient don't I have the right to know when something is wrong?

HORRIBLE! The secretaries are rude, but Sharon topped them all! Do not go here unless you are prepared for emotional abuse.

Terrible, terrible practice! The receptionists are extremely rude, especially Dr. Clark's sister-in-law who thinks she is better than everyone else. She had a job handed to her and never learned how to interact with patients. What an AWFUL place...I will NEVER recommend anyone to this office and especially Dr Clark. I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Clark after which he said I wasn't pregnant and wanted to perform a D&C. A few days later I canceled my D&C appointment and found another doctor only to find out that I WAS PREGNANT and that Dr. Clark would have actually performed an abortion on me without me knowing it. Ladies, please do not even consider going to this office! If you are already a patient I would advice switching to another office.

This is the worst OBGYN office I have ever been to. The receptionists are nasty to their patients. I had to wait 7 months after my appointment was rescheduled by them. Dr. Clark is so old now that he doesn't even know what he is doing.

Dr. Clark is a brilliant doctor. He knows his stuff. I have been a patient for several years. He delivered my children. Once he wasn't even on call but came to deliver my baby for me when I asked. He has a great personality and he doesn't have the god complex so many doctors have. He is a sweet man who really cares about his Patients. He listens, he is thorough. I used to questions doctors as far as feeling like I could trust them. With Dr. Clark I am at ease because I totally trust that he has my best interest in mind. From time to time I have seen the other doctors and nurse Practitioners which were fine. The nurses are very nice. The office staff, Annmarie and Maria and Sharon are always friendly, helpful and down to earth. I am always treated very well. Ps. I did have some miscarriages in my late late Forties and the staff couldn't have been kinder during that difficult time. I'm not crazy about there phone nurse Fran. She has given me wrong information and can seem put off. I… don't think she is as knowledgeable as the other nurses. I would prefer a different phone nurse. She's rough around the edges. Sometimes there is a wait in the office but, the best is worth waiting for! Ps. I forgot to mention Amy at the front desk.....a real doll. Couldn't be sweeter. Nurse Lisa a sweetie too.
