I have been a patient of his for 2 years and recommend him highly

Dr. Cook does not care about patients- just payment. Dropped me when I paid two days late.

I seen Dr Cook for 8 months. At first he cared about treating me. He asked questions and make me feel comfortable talking to him. As time passed the amount of time went from 1 hour to 30 minutes then 15 minutes. No doctor that cares about you should charge per prescription they right. So of coarse he is going to encourage you to take more medicine then what you need. Overall I lost all respect for him. The love of money makes people due bad things.

My family Doctor sent me to see him. I was very upset because my doctor told me he wanted me to talk to someone. Dr Cook is amazing. I felt like for the first time in a long time he understood me. He is amazing!!!! Thank you Dr. Cook!

He's a quack. DO NOT go to him. He shouldn't have a medical license. Needs to be revoked.

He is a quack. I know a couple of people who have used him and we have all been diagnosed the same. He's quick to give medication. For someone who has overdosed, he sure tried each visit to write a script for Valium and/or Xanax which is what was taken. Also, u are paying for 30 min but in and les than 15 min. I DO NOT recommend him.

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Cook and given a very strong anti-psychotic medication that was not necessary. I later sought other opinions and had three other doctors agree with me that Dr. Cook's diagnosis "makes no sense" and was not at all what was wrong . I asked Dr. Cook how he came to this diagnosis since he saw me for literally 5 minutes before making his "decision" and giving me medication, but instead of answering me, he blew me off and informed me to just take the medicine. Basically he made me feel that I had no idea what I was talking about and that it was "obvious." Turns out, he was WRONG. According to the other doctors I have seen since then, that was a medication that should never have been given to me. I honestly felt trapped by this Doctor due to his misdiagnosis and his unwillingness to really listen and consider what I was saying. It was a nightmare. I ended up refusing to go back to see him, I stopped the medication and improved 100%. I would recommend you… seek another doctor and if you feel in your gut that you do not agree with what Dr. Cook has said, please seek another opinion. (multiple opinions if need be) Chances are, you will be correct. I would not trust this man again EVER.

Dr. Cook helped me through a very tough time in my life. He spends more time with me than most therapist. I highly recommend him to anyone with mental health issues.

after my partner was seen by dr cook for a disability appointment , dr cook said he was writing a positive referral to the disability claims office. not only did he not do so but lied to our faces and wrote the exact opposite .. don't believe this dr at all.
