Great doctor!!!! Very patient n nice

Very caring Doctor. I had a stroke Dr. Cox came to hospital and visited two times a day everyday. After being released from the hospital. He would check on me. I received excellent care.

I went in as a new patient. I was desperate for help; suffering from depression. Took about 45 minutes to get in. The nurse took my vitals, and apparently I had a small fever that she shrugged off. While waiting in the room it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. Dust was all over the utensils, things were scattered all over the place and everything was a mess. When he finally came in. He asked what I needed, I asked for help with depression, he then referred me somewhere else, and left the room and never came back. Now he is billing me for $100. Nowhere near worth it. Do yourself a favor an go anywhere else! Also, I am Caucasian, I feel I received inadequate help because of this.

I have been with Dr. Cox for several years now and he has always been very professional and compassionate. I can not say enough great things about his abilities as a medical doctor. Thank you Dr. Cox!

Dr. Cox is in the category of doctors where he supersedes any doctor in this City of Cincinnati and In this nation for that matter. Simply because he is black!! He is not a non medical certified individual. He has an MD behind his name after he passed a medical examiners board test. He would not be able to practice if he did not. He's jumped through all kinds of loops, monkey wrenches thrown in his path, and confronted with very many obstacles to be where is and to remain where his. One cannot begin to fathom what he has been through to remain an intact dedicated medical professional unless you are an educated empathetic medical professional yourself who has experienced some of the same challenges. These are not just Caucasian people who sabotage him, but the black African Americans too. He is not God! Give him a chance to research what you need to ask him if he does not have the immediate answer on hand; all doctors do not have immediate answers for every medical issue. … Show some compassion and support for this doctor, especially you black people.

Dr. Cox is a great doctor. Very easy going guy, cares about his patients.

if you need anything other than a clean yearly exam with no complaints, don't bother with this doc. over a thousand dollars in charges to my insurance for no advice or treatment for headaches that i gave him very specific symptoms of, and asked specific questions. he ordered blood work that tested nothing related to the symptoms i described. the exact test HE did 6 months prior in my yearly physical. then he required a return visit that he was late for, to spend less than five minutes stating each test result was normal, as expected. for and additional charge to me and my insurance. completely disappointed in this non-board certified doctor. not recommended.
