Dr. William Chad Cragun, MD

1st visit with Dr Cragun and 1st visit to the Rogers Road location. I was delightfully surprised. First, both front desk ladies were very friendly and professional. Then, the Dr himself was fantastic! His treatment is on par with the research I had read (instead of prescribing some variation of the same old thing or falling for the latest acne fad... So refreshing!). I'm in my 40s and have dealt with acne my whole life. Dr Cragun's approach seems promising, and I felt he treated me as an individual, instead of just another acne case. I think I finally found my Dr!

Very attentive, very knowledgeable. Dr was friendly and quickly diagnosed my daughter's problem. Staff was friendly, and appointment was on time!

Had spot on nose, his comment was what would I want if it was my nose. Great action plan

Running a little late, but gave a quick diagnosis. Was very courteous and fully explained what I had and the solution for it. Would highly recommend this Doctor for any dermatology problem.

Dr. Cragun was very professional and explained what the plan of care would be. As he was injecting the site he told me ahead of time was to expect. Dr. Cragun was very cheerful and made me feel comfortable during my entire visit.
