Dr. Craig was very intentional. He listened and asked me questions. He didn't rush me and allowed me to ask lots of questions. He was clear with the next steps. It was a great first visit.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:45 appointment, filled out the pain level forms and waited. I was called to the doctor’s room at 11:00 and was seen by Michael and I answered more questions. I waited until 11:40 and then left, seeing nobody in the rooms along the hallway, nor Michael, nor Dr. Craig. I have never done such a thing, but neither have I waited ( with not a word of explanation) for almost an hour.
