Dr. William Robert Craig

I lost my Doctor to the new health program. On asking for a reference to a good Doctor I was given Dr. Craig 's details. I am thankful. I made an appointment with ease, was checked in quickly by a charming lady receptionist. My wait was very short. The Doctor was pleasant, asked good questions and took time to make sure I understood his questions. I am thankful I was referred to Doctor Craig, trust is very important to me, I trust Doctor Craig.

Upon my previous Dr. leaving and waiting for a new Dr. I chose Dr. Craig due to the location, in the waiting time. They've re-scheduled my appointment 3 xs, the wait list was extensive. Once I was scheduled to my first visit, it was very painful, and grueling. I was asked to take all of my clothes off, and I did so. I was eyed up and down due to my tattoos, poked and probed. I afterwards explained to the doctor my health concerns and due to my past of prescriptions, he refused to fill my meds, he wanted proof from a doc no longer around when he had my history in front of him. it wasn't enough. He kept saying "oh something is not right here". Before this doctor came in to see me, the nurse stated that he was a very good doctor and that he will work with me on my medications as he does with others as long a I didn't call 3- 5 days earlier to request refills. So once the doctor entered, we began discussing my concerns, the doctor looked at the computer over and over and took… several of my history out of the system, stating "oh we don't need that anymore" Once the visit came to a closing he stated we would do blood work, also look into the pain I was experiencing on my side, but due to his lack of follow up, he began to question my history again, and asking my wife the same questions like we were being interrogated by an officer, this visit became a total night mare over. The whole visit, this doctor is at least 75 years of age and appeared to very set in old ways. I asked the doctor . what it was he needed from me to help him fill my meds, he was unclear and kept saying " oh something isn't right here" even my wife said" what can we bring you" he states find your old doctor and bring me proof. I said " ok doc" I will do that, doc states" bring me the info in the a.m. and will go from there. I asked the doctor what about my blood work and looking into getting x-rays. Doc' says, oh will talk more about it tomorrow. This doctor was, not helping me in anyway. I would not recommend him to anyone, or friends or family. My fault in not really paying attention to all of my cancellations to begin with. also, for not checking into his history as a doctor, read other reviews and sounded just like my very ill and grueling visit.
