Dr. William Alexander Crosland, MD

The lady on the phone sounded about as helpful and willing as the dead can be. Maybe if i had more money or better insurance.

Dr. William Crosland is the most unconcerned doctor I have ever met. Though he may have good skills, they are diminished by his nonexistant bed side manner. You have to dog this doctor for information that should be immediately communicated to you. He always seems to be disconnected and his staff is constantly making excuses for him. My experience with this doctor has not been good and if a patient wants a close and communicative realtionship with the health care providor I suggest you not invest in the doctor.

The office staff is disinterested in the patient. I made repeated calls to this office trying to determine my status with medical test ordered by this doctor. I even stoped by with no result. I recommend that if you want good care and value your health you go to another doctor. Atlanta Lung falls well short of any acceptable standard of service.
