A very skilled dentist , the doctor takes his time to make sure the procedure is perfect, absolutely no pain . I highly recommend him and his staff.

I was referred by Dr. Kuminsky by my husband. My initial appointment was fine, spent most my time with the hygienist. My second appointment was scheduled, as usual six months out. I never received a "reminder" as the secretary said and they literally called less than 24 hours before to remind me. I explained to the secretary that I never received a reminder and was out of the state and couldn't make the appointment. The secretary then says, the doctor's policy is a 24 hours cancellation and therefore needed to charge me $ 50.00. Then says, "would you like to reschedule while I have you on the phone?" Uhhh, no thank you! She was rude, inaccurate with her facts and didn't even offer me a courtesy pass to waive the fee since I'm a new patient. I know many doctors would of waived the fee just to keep the patient. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dentist. Very disappointed!

After missing an appointment which I understand the $50 penalty incurred (small price to pay for the reason it was missed) I receive a nasty letter citing 3 other missed appointments dating back 13, 12 and 10 years with calls made in advance. I had been visiting this office since I was a child and until this week brought my own children here. They can stuff this nasty letter in their cavity. I'm taking my family elsewhere. Thank you Kristy Office Manager. I guess I wouldn't be so angry if they themselves don't cancel appointments from time to time or call up asking you to change yours
