Dr Curtis has been my doctor for many years . A 5 star rating is to low for him (should be 10); however, the office set up makes it impossible to get answers to questions and report a scam using their phone number and Dr Curtis' name. I have tried multiple times at their different numbers and response is always the same

This doctor wasted my time. Saw him for what he called "an extended visit" but it seemed to me about 10 minutes. Have a throat problem but he never looked in my mouth, only checked my abdomen. I say don't waste your time. He was not particularly friendly either.

Dr Curtis was great with my endoscopy. He called me with results himself and explained everything to me and also had a follow up visit. Very nice staff. He took a lot of time with me and did not rush. He is very prompt and professional.

This gentleman seems like a very nice person but I never I have only had 3 office visits associated with 9-10 endoscopies and colonoscopies. I tried to make an appointment and I have the Platinum Humana plan and they said I couldn't make an office visit to discuss my current problems because Humana hadn't taken the monthly premium off my Visa card yet. Melanie was rather blunt. I hadn't been too happy with my worsening condition over the last 5 years and I can't even make an office visit. Been going to him for 15 years and never get a follow-up after surgery call or anything. I think the whole staff should take a "customer service" seminar.

Very nice and compassionate doctor (and his staff as well!!) Willing to listen and take time to explain to me what is going on. Excellent bedside manner ! Would HIGHLY recommend!!
