Dr. William Murray Cutbirth, DDS

I looked up Dr. Curbirth online, read about him, and then decided to call. The kind voice of the young lady who answered the phone and answered all my questions convinced me to make an appointment for my root canal evaluation. The office is in a house, and I like that. Different, more relaxing than the offices in tall medical buildings. The receptionist/clerk was so sweet, the dental tech, Fei, who took my x-Rays was very nice...her name is Chinese, and it means little flower...she put the x-Ray up on this nice sized screen, and I saw my teeth blown up. Dr Cutbirth came in, busy, but still friendly, efficient, and with a good sense of humor! He talked to me, asked some questions, and confirmed that my tooth was indeed dead, with the icy cold test. Sensitive to the other teeth, but the dead tooth felt absolutely nothing! Amazing! He talked to me about options, and made it sound like a routine thing, since he has over 20 yrs doing root canals, and it wouldn't take long. He explained… everything he would do and why, and even the shots were very small, as far as pain goes! I've had worse pain with a bloody knee scrape that throbbed all day! After the numbing, he isolated the tooth and worked smooth and steady on my tooth. I was so relaxed, and felt no pain. This was the first visit, and I am to return in a month, since he injected some anti-microbial substance to penetrate any sideways little canals in the tooth. I have no doubt that the other visit will be as pleasant as this one was. If anyone out there needs a root canal, call Dr Cutbirth. I am thoroughly glad that I did!
