Dr. William Dennis Daniel, DO

dr. daniel is a great dr. yes his staff has got to be named the worst there is they are a disgrace to such a. great dr. most of his old staff are gone and the new ones that has took there place are not the same but don't let it make you lose your great dr. good ones are hard to find .far and few between .so i will gladly give a five stare rating.

Don't pay attention to people complaining about office staff, it has nothing to do with the expertise of the doctor. Most office staff especially in low-income areas don't care about their jobs or the reputation of the doctor. Doctor Daniel has literally saved my life more than once, one time in particular when an ER doctor had decided to give up and walk away. My husband and I have been with Dr Daniel for 25 years. He is cost efficient, caring, and does not hesitate to send you to a specialist if needed. He discusses our Health Options, Insurance options, and our health overall as patients. My husband and I tried several different doctors in this area having lived in this three-county area here, and Dr Daniel is the best that we could find. Don't hesitate to give him a try.

Dr. Daniel is a great doc, absolutely no complaints about him. BUT, his staff nurses won't do their job. I've been trying for seven weeks to have several prescription requests faxed in to my insurance's mail order pharmacy as that's the only way they pay for meds. After four weeks I finally got the staff nurse to do it, but now they refuse to respond to the pharmacy's request for a "coverage review", so the pharmacy cancelled the orders. This is all after three trips to the doctors office requesting they get this done. I've been out of my diabetic meds for over a month now...no concern on these people's part.

Lets the phone ring 20 times before answering ,Hangs up when they finally answer then answer and say Adams and I ask for who I need to talk to and they say oh she's not here I will have her call you. Still waiting on the call. If things do not get better with this Manchester office personel I will be stating who's office it is. It is not the Doctor but the office personel.
