Dr. William Alford Delp, DO

Worse doctor I have ever been to. Rude, rushes through his time with you and is the most arrogant person I have ever met. Run away!!!

My husband and I switched to Dr. Delp because our last PCP was growing and had TONS of patients, so it became difficult to get an appointment there. This doctors office will nickel and dime your insurance and you will get a bill for pulling into their parking lot! Never anywhere else has my co-pay been $100, never have I ever had to pay $300 for a cholesterol screening (after my insurance paid their part, of course). AND Dr. Delp is actually in our network of doctors to use! I have had Rx problems there as well- they are ridiculous. Needless to say, after today, I will no longer be going there.

Dr. Delp was professional, listened to my concerns, and gave me a lot of good advice on proper exercise. I'm not sure why the other reviewers had a bad experience or felt rushed. He wasn't very busy when I had my appointment and spent almost an hour with me during a routine physical exam. Yes his office staff wanted the insurance co-payment up front but this is understandable. He is running a small medical practice, not a bill collection agency. I would use him again because I believe he cares about the health and well being of his patients.

Was hoping for a good family doctor when I moved to Loganville, but was dissapointed. Although the staff was pretty nice, Dr. Delp usually spent no more than 5 minutes with me and would not listen when I tried to ask questions. I felt like he just wanted to get my co-pay and insurance money, and hurry me out the door. Final breaking point was when he refused to call-in a prescription refill unless I came in for one of those 5-minute visits; the medication was something I HAVE to take every day, and he would not even give me a refill for two day's worth of pills to give me time to take off work for an appointment. Thanfully, a pediatrician in my family called in the refill, and I did not have to go to the hospital. Maybe others will have a better experience, but I will never go back there again.
