Dr. William Timothy Denton, MD

Dr. Denton performed a colonoscopy which encounter issues. I was experiencing pain afterwards. This concerned him so he went the extra mile and ordered a C.T. Scan to investigate further. Turns out there was a mass in the abdomen and he referred me to the appropriate doctor and even followed to be sure I made the appointment. He went above and beyond performing the colonoscopy and made sure I got the care I needed.

I've been a patient of Denton's for 4 years. He and his staff are always friendly, competent, and helpful. I have Chron's and also get infusions at the brookwood office. I have recommended Dr. Denton to several people. All have been very happy with him and his staff.

Won't be going back to him. He has zilch personality... gruff even. Gotta have someone that I feel actually cares about me as a patient and he didn't give the vibe off at all. Staff was great, though, thank goodness!

Do not let this doctor do an ERCP on you. He botched mine, and then his partners all treated me horribly trying to cover up the elephant in the room. Terrible doctor and practice overall.

Dr Denton was very thorough and took time to talk to me and was very sincere .would definately recommed..he truly cares about his patients and all the staff was very friendly

I went to see Dr. Denton because of serious lower abdominal pain. He diagnosed me with IBS and told me to take Miralax every day and eat more vegetables. I guess he didn't bother to look at my chart or care to ask me what I eat because I'm a vegetarian. He then sent me to the other side of the planet to get blood drawn. I was so disgusted with him that I made an appointment with a new gastro doctor. I have now been correctly diagnosed with diverticulitis with my new doctor. Thanks for wasting my time and money, Dr. Denton.

To my knowledge this doctor never actually speaks to his patients unless he is about to perform a procedure or surgery. I was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis recently, by his CNP. My liver enzyems were high in the days following an acute attack. I feel horrible; nauseated and in pain. He is performing an ERCP in 2 weeks to find out what is going on. He will not provide me with any pain relief in the meantime, not to mention any explanation of what is going on with my body. I was told to go on a liquid diet to relieve the pain... for 2 weeks or go to the ER. I have a young child and a life. Thanks very little Dr. Denton. Going with a new gastro ASAP!!!

Dr. Denton performed a routine colonoscopy on my husband. We should have been @ the outpatient clinic for 2 - 4 hours.Dr. was 1 hour late starting procedure, I was not notified when procedure was completed. After 2 hours inquired & was told my husband was ready to leave, I just needed to talk to Dr. before they could release husband.Staff could not find Dr. for another hour & a half. Finally talked to him by telephone. All this time my husband was sitting in wheel chair ready to go home (1 hour & half). He was too interested in getting to his next case.
