Over the past few months i have noticed many changes with the office and staff. This I'm sure has a lot to do with Valley Childrens Medical Group taking over the practice. A few new staff (very friendly) and the wait times have drastically decreased. Communication with whatever the situation may be is always prompt and in a timely manner. Front staff seem friendly and back staff definitely are. The new staff are in the back and are great with my children. It has really changed for the better.

The front office staff is very rude. The first impression is a lasting one, and right when they answer the phone you can hear that you have bothered them with the attitude of just saying the facility name. The ONLY reason I continue to go to this office is because Dr. Dinicola is an awesome doctor and his back office ladies are friendly, prompt in any type of communication and always have a smile on their face. If it weren't for a complete difference of the front and back office, I would have looked for another physician years ago.

Dr. Dinicola is a great doctor despite his rude office staff. He needs to hire new staff members.

I have taken both of my children to Dr. Dinicola for years. We dealt with his horribly rude and unprofessional office staff because we really liked him as a doctor. However, a little over a year ago we had enough and took our business to another doctor very reluctantly. We still believe that Dr. Dinicola is a great doctor, but he cannot control his office staff and they truly make the experience a horrible one. It's very disappointing.

I currently take two of my kids to see Dr. Dinicola. He is very caring with the kids and knows what he is doing. My 5 yrs old had been going to Dr. Kumari for the last 4yrs & had never diagnosed my daughter with scoliosis. It took Dr. Dinicola one visit to diagnose her and he refered her to a specialist the next day when her x-rays came back. but I do agree with the rest, his front office can be rude. I personally hate that they are constantly rescheduling my kids appt because "they over booked" I made my appt two months ago for my sons baby well check. It's not my fault you over booked! Ugg! So frustrating! At this point I'm ready to transfer the kids to another pediatrician. It's too bad because I really liked dr. Dinicola.

TERRIBLE office staff. They were rude on the phone, and at the time of my visit. They charged me a "no show" fee for my appointment when I did show up, and then when I called to tell them that it was a mistake because clearly they have record of me being there, they said that no, it wasn't a mistake and that if I don't pay my no show fee, then it will go to collections. When I asked to speak with someone else regarding the matter, they told me that there was no one else to speak with.

waited 45min+ for a visit that took 4 minutes for a referral to our specialist. this is very frequent. they have no respect for the time that families and patients wait in the waiting room. for once I would like an appointment time to be almost accurate, but that's just asking too much. poor service.
