INADEQUATE RESULTS!!! While the staff was courteous, he totally failed to give me the results I paid dearly for. He used every excuse in the book to explain his failed surgical attempt at a facelift. Other cosmetic surgeons evaluated his work and agreed. I was told by them that I needed another facelift! I look exactly the same, if not worse than I did before -- pictures to prove it. He promised he would fix everything with fat injections and then would not return my calls. He did NOT live up to his promises. Boy, was I swindled. What a waste of hard-earned money that he didn't blink an eye to pocket. No refunds either.

I was treated excellent until I had a complaint. Dr Dowden was an arrogant jerk once I told him I wasn't happy with my lipo results. He never finished his work and I'm left with his screw up. I will gladly discuss my results with anyone considering him as a Dr. And meet to show my failed results. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE NEVER TO USE DR WILLIAM DOWDEN JR IN LEXINGTON KY!
