Dr. William Alan Dulin, MD

I am so so glad I went to AI4PS and had my gender confirmation surgery with Dr. Dulin and his team -- I really can't recommend them enough! Especially now, with trans healthcare the way it is and especially in TX, I very much do not take for granted the work that they do and the gratitude and privilege I have to have been able to have this procedure done.

My results far exceeded my expectations! I just wanted to be able to button my pants again but I look and feel great! In addition to the wonderful surgical results, I had a great experience with the staff as well. They are warm, friendly and do an outstanding job of preparing you on what to expect and how to manage your recovery. I am very grateful I found Dr. Dulin and highly recommend him!

Dr. Dulin is such an artist and competent plastic surgeon. He is most definitely a perfectionist. I had breast reconstruction/reduction post chemo/radiation + abdominoplasty. No problems post-op. I love looking in the mirror now - I still can't believe it's me. My breast looks like it did before. I have a waist. I was so stunned that I didn't notice for 2 weeks that my 10" vertical c-section scar had disappeared. Size from a 3X to an XL. The outcome will be better than you could have even imagined. It is astounding to see that Dr. Dulin could tell what I used to look like. Now, that's magic... I would, without any reserve, refer anyone I know to Dr. Dulin.

Dr Dulin and his staff are a true world class team! Dr Dublin’s professionalism, warm bedside manner and overall knowledge will re-assure you that you are in great hands. From my first call to Laura, pre-op with Hope, Lexus, the personal phone call the evening before surgery with anesthetist Pricilla; who is a master at her craft. I was concerned about the nausea post op and she made certain that I had a regimen that would give me a good outcome and she succeeded! The day of surgery day i felt like my private nurse $&@, who was attentive and comforting. During surgery someone from the team gave my family updates. I am very happy with my results and the entire experience!

Dr. Dulin removed my old saline implants and replaced them with silicone. Dr. Dulin also preformed rhinoplasty at the same time. He fixed the things about my nose that bothered me yet it was so subtle most people do not know I had my nose done. I still look like me but with the perfect nose. Dr. Dulin is a true artist as well surgeon. He came highly recommend to me and I would highly recommend he and his staff to anyone. I could not be happier with the procedure and the results.

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Dulin and his team!! From the beginning to the end, everyone was so friendly and detailed oriented. During the consult, Laura made you feel like you had been best friends for years. She made me feel so comfortable and was knowledgeable about the procedures I was interested in! Dr. Dulin was friendly and very informative about the procedures. He answered all my questions honestly and had my best interest always. The day of the surgery everything went smooth. Everyone was very detailed and made sure everything was correct and that I was comfortable. I appreciated all the follow up appointments! Lexy and Cortland were amazing and took the time to listen and answer all the questions I had. They were also very sweet to return my calls when I had questions outside of my appointments. Finally I can not thank Dr. Dulin enough for the results. I never thought I would achieve the figure I have now. It has been life changing. Clothes that I would be too self… conscious to wear are now my go to!!

I had a chin implant 3 years ago to improve my profile but instead I got “witches chin”, the implant gave my face a long and wide appearance, really crooked and big fat hanging under my chin, so I had second surgery a year after and the third one a year after that! Now after 3 surgeries my implant still is crooked, I have a lot of loose skin as well as scar tissue, not only the chin implant didn’t improve my look but also I look much older with all loose skin. I have a really tough time dealing with it I felt so horrible about what I did to myself. It has been a very long, expensive, emotional journey I wish I had done more research about my surgeon.

Dr. Dulin is a fabulous physician. He never keeps you waiting, and is very thorough, friendly, and confident. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a procedure done.
