Dr. William Frederick Durland JR., MD

My experience with Dr. Durland left me with a mixed impression of his expertise. At my first appointment, I explained the sensations and symptoms I had been experiencing for 10 weeks. He seemed genuinely concerned and helpful. He ordered a CT scan of my sinuses, saying that we would determine the cause and get to the bottom of it. It was very reassuring to hear those words after going through months of sleepless nights and feeling worried and exhausted every day. The day after my CT, he called to say that my sinuses were clear and was referring me to see a neurologist. Disappointed that there were no findings from the CT, I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen by a neurologist. The neurologist ordered an MRI and the following day my results showed that I have a deviated septum with a nasal bone spur. My question is, would not an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist with a CT image of my sinuses have clearly seen this? Thanks.
