Dr. William John Ellis, MD

In 2008 at the age of 44, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I was blessed to be able to have Dr. Ellis and his staff look after me. They have been by my side ever since. It's because of them I am still here, and I will never be able to ever thank them enough for giving me a second chance at living a wonderful life. Absolutely by far the best Doctor I have ever had!

Had my cancerous prostate removed by Dr. Ellis who used the da Vinci robot to do the job. Amazingly smooth recovery. His team is exceptional as is the U of W facilities. Can't say enough of his skill and friendly manner.

DR. Ellis is the Best of the Best, he takes his time to explain the diagnosis and possible treatments while leaving the ultimate decision to the patient on their treatment. His skills has a prostate surgeon are the best available. Even the nurses at UW medical are quick to tell you how much they admire his work and how well his patients tend to recover after surgery. We recommend Dr. Ellis to anyone going through prostate diseases and we Thank him for being available when we needed him during a very difficult time in our lives!

My experience with Dr. Ellis couldnâ??t be better. I was fortunate enough to find him, as a second opinion, due to a complication found during my CT scan. I feel I hit the jackpot. He is truly a talented and thorough physician surrounded by a competent and caring staff. This man goes way out of his way to take care of his patients, he is one of a kind.
