Doesn’t show up for appointments. Cancels or no shows for weeks leaving sick patients without medication. Will not return calls.

Bill Ford, MD is a TERRIBLE "Physician!!!" Watch out for what he'll want you to do for HIM!!! I've not seen him in 3 years and I'll NEVER go back to him. He wanted me to get DRUGS FOR HIM!! I've NEVER done drugs in my life and when he started talking about this, I got out as fast as I could run!! I've found a wonderful Psychiatrist who cares totally for her patients! Her name is Sarah Land, MD.

Dr. Ford is habitually late every appointment I've ever had. He is apparently a narcissist and he can become enraged if he thinks you're lying to him, trying to be a doctor, not listening or taking his advice and frequently threatens to fire you for things he makes up. He is nice sometimes and then sarcastic and passive-aggressive other times. I don't know why I continue to see him. Low self esteem and no self worth I guess.

Dr Ford is the most caring doctor out there. He has helped me for almost 10 years now. He is caring and compassionate and truly wants to help. He definitely helped save my life. I agree with the others, the ONLY bad thing I can say is you may have to wait a while in the waiting room but it's a small price for such an amazing doctor.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Ford! He has made a drastic difference in my fight to overcome addiction. He has always treated me like a normal person who needs help, instead of like a junkie which I've experienced from other doctors. He truly seems to care and has always went above and beyond to help me through my problems the last 2 years. It feels really great to finally have a Dr I can be open and truthful with. I can't say enough positive things about the help he's provided me. The ONLY negative thing I could say is that there's usually a pretty long wait time in his office. But I think a lot of that is because he actually spends time and listens to his patients instead of trying to rush them out for the next person. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ford to anyone.

This doctor helped save my life; what more is there? He often runs late as the day goes on but he seems to spend as much time with people as they need.

Dr Ford treated me for addiction for 3 years...I truly believe he saved my life. Yes you may wait an hour to see him....but that's a small inconvenience for his help. He seemed to care how I was doing ....ï would refer a friend to him.

Your patients are sick!! They don't need their appointments changed or canceled altogether!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Been a patient for over 12 years. He used to care. I think. Now I can't get any help.

My mother was a long-time (over 15 years) patient of Dr. Ford's. He continues to prescribe her heavy medication but has not actually seen her face-to-face in over two years.
