Patient beware I saw Dr. Francis on May 22nd 2020. I had my right molar pulled. It was a very painful procedure after the Novocaine. I've had to seek care elsewhere. I am still dealing with severe pain because of a nerve. He would not give antibiotic or pain meds. It's been a nightmare! I would not recommend him to anyone and wish I would have had other reviews before I went. It truly has been an awful experience of pain and anxiety.

I needed two teeth pulled before knee surgery dr. Francis got on his schedule the next day. Very professional and eased my fears. Called later that evening to see how I was doing as he does with all his surgery patients. Wait time was minimal and got me in and out in a timely manner. His staff was awesome also!

After dealing with the office staff and trying to get my insurance information, it was a nightmare. The office staff refused to go the distance to make sure that everything was covered. I paid my portion of the bill, the teeth were extracted and then I received a denial from my insurance company. I had to jump hoops to get the information to the insurance company that should have been taken care of my the office staff to begin with. We were also told that the extractions were easier than expected and would possibly even get money back. But low and behold I owe more money. I called the office and got the run around and needless to say all I kept hearing was blah blah blah. BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL YOUR DUCKS ARE IN A ROW WITH THIS PLACE AS FAR AS INSURANCE GOES AND MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT OUT. WRITE DOWN ANYTHING THING THEY SAY SO THAT YOU HAVE RECOURSE JUST IN CASE THIS HAPPENS TO YOU.

Dr. Francis is a true gem! I had all four wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Francis a few years back and I remember the procedure being virtually painless. The next few days were somewhat painful, but to be expected when 4 teeth are being yanked from your jaw bone. Very friendly staff and pristine office. 5 stars for this doc!

Dr. Francis is awesome! His staff is also very caring. He has pulled 2 teeth of mine and I will defiantly keep going to him.

I had an abscessed and infected tooth that was dangerous to have for any length of time, and no other oral surgeon would agree to see me for a week or more. I even have dental insurance. Dr. Francis abstracted my tooth the next day, and I cannot express how thankful I was that someone would help me out of the pain, suffering and danger that I was in. He did a great job and his prices are reasonable as well. I plan to go back to him for any future dental work that I need. I rarely write reviews, but this doctor deserves my time.

Needed emergency tooth extraction. North Coast Jaw said wait 4 weeks. Dr. Francis got me in the same day and I don't have dental insurance. He gave me a great rate for his services as well. I have had 4 teeh extracted over the years, and this was BY FAR the least traumatic of the experiences. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF...which means you get in and out with MINIMAL discomfort. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
