Dr. William Joseph Garrity, DO

I can only speak for the experience that I and my family members have had with Dr. Garrity. We have found him to be an excellent diagnostician, who not only treats the symptoms, but targets the root causes. His early detection of cancer has us in full remission. You never have to wait weeks or months to get in to see him, although you may have a long wait in the office. If you are ill, he is there for you 24/7. Those were the kind of doctors my parents and grandparents knew. Doctors who were truly patient focused. Thank you Dr. Garrity for being there EVERYTIME we were feeling terrible and needed a good physician!

Oct 2020, Saw Dr. Garrity for chronic head pain. He said "I think you may have had a stroke". Ordered an MRI. During follow up, Dr. Garrity looked at the MRI and said no brain tumor, but they didn't know what they were looking for. If you look here, you can see you have fluid on the brain. Let's start you on a diuretic and if that doesn't work, you may need to have the fluid drained or they will put in a shunt. My dad had hydrocephalus, surgery for a shunt and later died of a traumatic fall. Upon hearing Dr. Garrity say I have fluid on the brain, like my Dad, I was stunned. I just saw a neurologist (4 months later) who said I DO NOT HAVE fluid on my brain! I cannot express how much tension and stress this diagnosis put on my body, the increase head pain, having to search out new doctors to help - which I am happy to have found and I'm feeling much better!

Saw Dr garritty as a new patient +follow up appt....both times we had to wait OVER 1 hr to be seen. Multiple patients in the waiting room had the same appt time as us...... obviously he is overbooking appts!! Also my boyfriend and I are bikers and Dr garritty had some stereotypical comments that we did NOT appreciate!!! Told the receptionist we would not be back!!! Terrible experience

Quite possibly one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever visited. Highly recommended.

I am in FL now and cant find anyone like him. He is kind and caring. I could tell him everything and he would figure it out.

Dr. Garrity is everything you could wish for in a Doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Can’t say enough good things about the care he gives.

Dr Garrity has found a blocked left side of heart after cardiologist took 8 EKG Dr garrity did one EKG saw abnormal EKG called cardiologist argued with him to have more test done he saved my life.

Dr Garrity is wonderful, he is kind and caring, and is steps ahead of all in his field by far. Dr Garrity's caring nature genuinely works to make his patients feel better. Another great benefit is the hours his office is open to seeing patients is wonderful he has extended hours into the evening making it very convenient to be able to schedule an appointment after general business hours, allowing patients to not miss work to go and see a doctor. They are always able to squeeze a patient in same day to be seen. Thanks you Dr Garrity and his staff for everything you do for your patients!!

Very knowledgeable, BUT he's always in a rush. Doesn't take time to listen. The wait time is 2 hours or more and he sees you for max 5 min. He also forgets your case even if you're a regular patient

This Dr. is a great Chiropractor. It's always a 90 minute to 2 hour wait to see him. He has 4 examining rooms that are full and there can be up to 10 more people in the waiting room. While his patients wait for him he takes his dog out and catches up on his paperwork. He will take care of your back problems, but he can't run an office. You can tell he is always in a hurry. His staff "requires" that you make another appointment, and it's hard to get out of the office until you do.
