Dr. William Gordon Gillespie III, MD

Dr. Gillespie is an outstanding Professional Doctor. He has been my primary doctor for the last 8 years. He listens to his patients and their needs. He does not give up on them. He will get to the bottom of your medical needs and take care of them. Highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gillespie for years. He is very knowledgeable, stays current on medical issues. But what sets him apart is his warmth and caring. He listens, never rushes, and takes genuine interest. I also have taken my parents to him and he is patient and reassuring to them.

Being someone with a multitude of chronic and auto immune illnesses/diagnosis, I have seen countless doctors both general practitioners and specialists for many years, and I can say without any hesitation that Dr. Gillespie is by far one of the absolute BEST!! He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in his speciality of Internal Medicine, but he is also very competent and educated in specialities such as rheumatology, endocrinology, cardiology, etc. I appreciate that he is very thorough and pro-active, but isn't one to order unnecessary or frivolous tests and procedures, or prescribe an over abundance of medication without a valid reason or purpose. All in all, the guy knows his stuff! He's not only smart and competent in his field, but he also has amazing bed side manner and a great sense of humor. I am thankful that I was able to get him as my doctor, and I can confidently say that since seeing him, my autoimmune and chronic diseases have been followed and maintained… very well. Although I've experienced flares and disease exacerbation (which is normal for me) since being his patient, I finally feel like I have a plan and adequate support physically and emotionally.
