This Actor...says theres nothing wrong with patients who have seen specialists and have had 5 surgeries to try and correct there eyesight from an injury. The work comp insurance has this actor pretending to practice medicine just to keep them and him out of court and padd checks. Its all a game. The Union will deal with this fraud if the truth dosnt come out in his report.

This (so called) dr has his mind made up before he even sees you. Whomever is writing the check determines his diagnosis

Works for the insurance company. I had two other doctors look at his report and both did not agree with him.

feel for anyone that is "made" to go to this so called Doctor! He is a FRAUD! Workers Comp has him in their pocket for sure!! My husband just received his report from him that is completely full of nonsense & lies! He stated in his report of all these so called testings that he performed, but did NOT! He spent maybe 15 mins if that with my husband talking. I know there are people out there that take advantage of the system but it is truly sad when a Dr who has taken an oath to help & treat...crosses over to that dark side only to have their wallet padded such as Dr Gillock! I hope you're a religious man because you need lots of forgiveness! As the saying goes, "karma is a b***h" & "what goes around will come around"!

Not what you'd expect from a doctor all. The office was dark and dirty. Spent about 3 minutes with me and took off and wrote a report there was nothing wrong with me; even though three other doctors performed movement tests, MRI's, and X-rays and documented my issues.

Staff had no knowledge of their own job or what i was sent here for, staff and "doctor" were very rude. From my understanding this doctor makes money from insurance companies who do not want to pay for a persons injuries. They say lawyers are soulless but these people are bloodsuckers

In no way should this gentleman being practicing any longer. He does not listen nor preform the necessary tests to insure a proper diagnosis. MRI's clearly show injury. 2 specialists clearly say there is a problem. 2 physical therapists are seeing there is a problem caused by an injury that was not there prior. Yet he says there is zero injury caused by the work accident. SMH

This doctor lies for money God is not done with you and your greed will catch up with you

This was the worst Doctor ive ever seen.How can a doctor spend 5 minutes with you and determine.your level of disability the office was nasty the exam table was all ripped up and used paper on it all he does is say what the insurance company tells him to say and sends you out the door. Unbelievable!!!!

He's a good doctor with a nice staff in a pleasant location.
