I adore Dr. Glatt; so sad that he is retiring; my last appointment is this month!! BUT, if a problem should arise; forget about anyone else helping you. I find most of the staff to be rude and unhelpful and causing a lot of undue stress for me after years of going there!!! Dr. Glatt is the only reason I still go there. He's the best.

doctor glatt saved my life. i never had a more compassionate and understanding doctor. i have been with him for 20 years. he i one amazing doctor and im going to be so sad to see him retire. thank you doctor glatt for saving my life. also to his staff, you guys are the best. you all work so hard and have to put up with our bull****. thank you for that. and to all the people who gave dr. glatt a bad review. up yours... Dr Glatt is an 'old school' doctor. He does not partner with his patients. He makes quick decisions. Staff in front office will ensure you are having a bad day by the time you leave. Staff are well trained at being RUDE and unprofessional. This information was brought to the doctor's attention, he did not care. Nor did he say he would look into the situation or try to fix the problems.

Dr Glatt does not care about his patients. He is very unprofessional, fails to followup, and never will go out of his way to help his patient. He has a very paternalistic approach--if you do not agree with what he says, he will fire you as a patient. I think this approach may be due to working with drug addicts (he specializes in addiction medicine). However, not everyone is a drug addict! Yet, he will treat you like you are a street junkie. A real jerk! His receptionist is worse then he is...

Dr. Glatt is like an angel - he's so kind and caring that he is known as "The Hugging Doctor" because he hugs all of his patients after seeing them. That is 50% of getting better, liking & trusting his care and is a tremendous source of helping the healing process. He is truely a God ssend and one of the best doctors that I've ever had! Definitely 110% for this wonderful, professional physician!
