Dr. William Post Goins II, MD

I thought that Dr. Goins did a wonderful job of explaining my infection and how we were going to treat it. He spent almost a hour with me in his clinic listening to my sypmtoms and discussing the antibiotic treatment plan that he thought would work best. I would highly recommend him and think that he is a wonderful listener. He really CARES about his patents!

Dr. Goins spent over an hour with me to try and explain my condition and new medicine that I needed to take. I thought that he was very kind and had a great bedside manner.

Dr. Goins was called in on my case after I developed an infection after surgery. He was incredible. He is soft spoken, nice, respectful and very knowledgeable. Since I live a 4 hour round trip from Houston, one time he even came to my other doctors office to see me on a day he did not see patients to keep me from having to drive that distance two days in a row. That was going way above and beyond his duties and so appreciated. He is very easy to communicate with through email using the Baylor Clinic system. He also has called me personally to answer my questions. I would recommend him to everyone I know. All of my Baylor College of Medicine care team have been incredible.

He came into room acting like he was a god, he really had no interest in my problems, he told me he would not treat me then billed me 4X the normal doctor visit.When I questioned the bill with him, he wrote very rude email. He is a very unprofessional man, he should not be a doctor at all. He should be kicked out of medicine!!! He is uncaring and thinks he is god and you are the dumb patient. Question his methods and he will spite you very bad.
