Summary
I love teaching and that shows up in how I practice. I prioritize empowering my patients with the information they need to make decisions that best fit their own goals and values. To me, good care means my patient understands their conditions and the options for treating them. I also make a point of getting to know my patients as people. What matters to them outside of medicine shapes how I think about their care. That human connection guides the plan as much as any exam finding or diagnostic study. I chose combined internal medicine and psychiatry residency because physical and mental health are deeply connected. I carry that belief into every visit.
