I went with the help of a service to help me pay. I needed a new dentureand only that. I was clear I could not pay for any other services. I was in dire ways and just wanted my smile back. I was given xrays n other appts till i finally got them. I have been depressed since then. I have let my teeth go due to life happening that couldn't be helped. We discussed the dentures and I was told I had a weird shaped mth. Wow. He didnt come close to the way my denture looked. Then for the bottoms as I already know are in bad shape made me feel horribly embarrassed. I had to ask him to turn off xray as everyone walking by saw them. I am on disability with high anxiety and depression. This didn't help. Now im so unhappy because I dont really look like me and yes damit it matters. Im afraid to go anywhere for a new one or to get my partial made. Ive never been so humiliated. But I guess its ok because Now that I cant work I guess im a lesser person.
