Rude, condescending, very disrespectful and unprofessional

Dr. Hanna as well as his office was hard to get a hold of. The office hours are not easy for working patients. He acted as if he was too busy to be bothered with our questions. He is also not board certified in Pulmonary Medicine, which was the main reason for our visit. We have chosen to go elsewhere.

Poor Has a giant ego

I have been a patient of Dr. Hanna's for over twenty years. Dr.Hanna is extremely intelligent. He is very thorough in interpreting and evaluating test results and often asks more than one radiologist to read results and offer opinions. More than once he has caught serious problems initially undiagnosed. He has called me at home to relay important information. He always takes time to visit me after unrelated surgeries, no matter what hospital I am admitted to.His staff, especially Beth, his receptionist, is kind, friendly, and helpful. He spends enough time with me to answer any questions, and explains thoroughly. He also makes it a point to keep in touch with my other specialists in different fields.Dr. Hanna is always accessible.

Dr Hanna was rude and arrogant. Office hours are not patient friendly.
