Wonderful doctor!! Love nurse Katrina!

Nurse Judy is rude and hateful and is the sole reason for me taking my child to another physician. Very unprofessional.

I think this practice is a joke. Always made it seem like my kids were sick. Bleeding insurance DRY

I want to make it very clear that I have always liked how well Dr. Hayes and Dr. Woodin have cared for my children. Both of my girls have gone to this practice since they were born. Sure wait times are sometimes outrageous, but the doctors have always been friendly and cared about my children. I really hate to find another doctor for my girls, but I have had enough of dealing with the rudeness of the office staff. I am a nurse and I would never speak to any of my clients or their families like Judy does. I understand she has been with the company since dinosaurs roamed the Earth, but geeze she is a true personification of Nurse Ratchett. Judy may need to go see her psychiatrist and get her Bipolar medications adjusted. She has been extremely rude to my husband when he tried to handle a billing matter, stating to him that it is not her job to contact the insurance company and that he needs to contact them. He did contact them and was informed that the practice had failed to do their job… correctly and file the claim in a timely manner so therefore it would have to be handled as a provider write off. Dr. Hayes I am sorry to tell you that you are losing money because your staff is lazy and incompetent. And due to the rudeness of your staff I will not be bringing my children back there, which is unfortunate because they and I really liked having you as their provider. If you wise up and get rid of Nurse Ratchet let us know!

This review is not on the Dr himself, but it is for the staff. One certain staff member named Judy. She claims she works in billing yet she has no clue to what she is doing. I received a bill in the for a visit for my daughter. I had insurance at the time of visit. Judy tells me on the phone it is my responsibility to call insurance and get a fax number to give her so that they can bill it. I call insurance company and they can not find the claim that Judy says she sent in 3 times. Insurance rep then tells me not to worry and this is not my responsibility for I don't know any billing codes and I couldn't handle it in the first place. Insurance rep says she will call and ask to speak to Judy and get it handled. When insurance rep calls Judy refused to release any info to her on phone and that's when insurance rep advised her of her actual job. Seeing that she is in the billing department. She advised since Dr hayes office and it's staff has failed to properly file the claim within the… 180 day time frame and they are refusing to be cooperative. It is now up to them(Dr hayes) to mark this as a provider write off. They have been advised to no longer send me a bill which they will still probably do. Thus being said. We have always liked Dr hayes but his staff is the rudest group in the world. It isn't everyone but all it takes is one person and that is the picture that the public and patients she see. Congrats to Judy for being that horribly rude individual that has ruined it for a good Dr.

Our experiences with Dr Hayes and his nurses were great, however Judy is going to run their business into the ground.

Dr Hayes is the only doctor I trust with my children. When my daughter was born she had a lot of digestive issues. They were so patient and caring with me. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made themselves available to me even over Christmas. They are thorough with their evaluations. What mother would not want a doctor to be thorough? I am shocked by the some of the other reviews as I am extremely thankful that I have Dr Hayes for my children.

Not sure why these reviews are so negative. My kids, 7 and 5 - have been going to Dr. Hayes for years. He takes more time with them then other doctors I've been to - staff is as courteous or more so than others I've been to - and the doctor diagnoses properly, and only ordered 1 test for me in years - and it was positive, confirming his suspicion of pneumonia in my child. I drive 45 minutes to see him - instead of local doctors, as there are no doctors near me that are worth a flip. I've never had any bad experiences with this office - and I like that they bring you right back to a room - and don't leave you in waiting room with others - who may be sick.

This doctor doe's not care about the people that puts the money in his pockets he is a sorry excuse for a doctor and I hope he gets shut down

This dr was a real rude person,my baby was a newborn and he had me crying by the time I left his office,I have never been treated so bad.I was not a medicad patient either,we have really good insurance,this dr does not understand without patients like me he doesnt make a living.He was also too rough with my baby,my son also had almost got a infection where he got cirumsised and the dr would not listen,if I hadnt took him some where else they told me my newborn baby would have been in the hospital and in alot of pain because this dr thinks he is a know it all !
