All of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so happy to be a patient. Their care is individualized and just what I need!!

I was at the office 45 minutes early so really went in at my appointment time! From checking to the nurse, radiology and of course Dr Hefley, everyone was friendly and professional, took away and nerves I had! Dr Hefley listened to my concerns, did physical exam and reviewed X-rays. I felt confident when he explained his findings and plan. I’m looking forward to a lot less pain after surgery is complete! Dr Hefley did my other knee and it was a great experience and outcome. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for a knee surgery!

Dr Hefley and his crew are friendly and informative. I get a quick response when I need an answer and appointments move along quickly. I have referred many people to Dr Hefley as I trust him implicitly.

My first experience with Dr, Hefley and his staff was in 2008, some 17 years ago. Diagnosis and corrective procedures were very successful. I had 2 additional procedures in 2012 and I am happy to say both were successful and I am still benefiting from them today. From the first interaction in 2008 through the appointment today EVERYTHING has been very professionally and with care for me, the patient. This includes the initial diagnosis, planning and completing the procedures, post surgery care and follow up appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hefley and his organization to my loved ones and friends. And BTW, the new facilities are wonderful.

I could not have been more pleased w/my 1st visit to Dr. Hefley. He was so caring, he listens to you! He told me what we need to do, 2 immediate options, I chose and he scheduled a hip steroid shot immediately, I told him of another issue & he also addressed it immediately. He cares deeply for his patients. He’s the BEST!

Smooth as silk! I was the first appointment and got in and out very quickly. I did not see Dr. Hefley but rather a PA of whom I do not remember her name. She was thorough and to the point with a plan to see Dr. Thomas for my back.
