My partner and I both are patients of Dr Herron and have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about our experience with him. I moved away from Fairhope almost two years ago, and when I moved back, I was told that Dr. Herron wasn't taking new patients. Finally, it was decided I wasn't considered 'new', so I got back in. It was a delight to see him, and his staff was just great. As before, the Dr. gave me at LEAST 30 minutes if not longer to catch up. He assured me, as I was leaving, that he wanted me to call if I have any problems whatsoever. As I had recently had three stents put in, he asked lots of questions about how I feel and encouraged me to feel free to stay in touch if I have any concerns. I'll be going to see a heart specialist as a follow-up to my hospital procedure and will see Dr. Herron in 3 months. Kay Fisher

Dr Herron is exceptionally intelligent, knowledgable, and empathetic. He has been my internist for almost 2 years and has really helped me through some tough times. I give him the highest marks as a physician.

I have never been to Dr Herron as a patient, however he was on-call for my doc this past weekend when I called as running fever, pain and sick. He returned my call to answering service within a half hour, listened patiently, was most kind and professional rendering his opinion without seeing/knowing my patient history and ordered med accordingly. Within hour or so of antibiotic, the pain was relieved and I so appreciated his prompt physician care. Thank You, Dr. Herron!

Dr Herron has been my doctor for 3 years and has taken good care of me.

I care for a patient with whom Dr. Herron treats. He did indeed spot some problems other drs did NOT seem to see. He also picked up on the fact this patient is mentally challenged and is THE only dr, who thought enough to call the caregiver and ask some questions and give me some answers and recommendations. The only thing I don't care for, is the office let's the answering service take over for longer than it stars in the message, making me have to call several times to get the receptionist. He took great pains my charge and also seemed to care much more for his health problems than some drs who have treated him. He is very thorough.
