Dr. William Hubert Higgins, DO

I visited this facility for about about 2 years. Dr. Higgins has helped me to figure out some of my medical conditions are. However, his staff is extremely racist and very incompetent. I had to numerous of times, asked them to send my medical records to my long-term disability insurance. The insurance denied my claim after a month of not having any of my records, in which Dr. Higgins office falsely claimed that they sent it a few times. I literally had to stand at the desk of the racist employees, until I saw them fax my medical records, and until the insurance confirmed that they finally received it. In addition, I lost my social security case based on Dr. Higgins office again repeatedly ignored to fax my medical records to the social security office. Further, when I asked someone in the office anything in regards to my medical records, the person who is supposed to fax it, will only talk to the other employees in Spanish. I thought that she couldn't speak English, but she speaks it… very well when she answered the phone. I find this to be very unprofessional, racist, and against my civil rights! The employees continuously violated my rights! Also, Dr. Higgins staff talk to patience with complete disrespectfully, as if we're prisoners and they are wardens. And instead of the owner (racist) of the business reprimanding the employees, he instead said that I was not allowed to see Dr. Higgins any further, based on my complaints regarding his employees horrific behaviors. STAFFED ONLY BY MEXICANS IS A HUGE PROBLEM HERE IN PHOENIX! THEY CONTINUOUSLY VIOLATE WHITE AND BLACK PEOPLE'S RIGHTS! IT IS A PROBLEM HERE IN PHOENIX. AND IT ALSO VIOLATES EQUAL RIGHTS TO EMPLOYMENT LAWS. YOU CANNOT HIRE ONLY ONE RACE. BUT PHOENIX AZ BUSINESSES THINKS THAT THEY ARE ABOVE FEDERAL LAWS.

Dr Higgins is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. Bad bedside manner. Rude, asks you a question and then interrupts when trying to answer his question. Took him a week to get back in contact with the pharmacy because he did not write out the prescription properly. I seen him two times thought maybe he was just having a bad day on the first visit. Very same on second visit.

I like him!! He spent a lot of time with my son, really working on finding what's wrong. A very positive experience.
