Dr. William Martin Holls III, MD

I first met Dr. Holls at UT Hospital in Knoxville, TN in 1996. I became pregnant as a teenager. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. I was nervous going in to meet him and feared being judged. He was so kind and took time with me to answer all of my questions and to explain everything in great detail. He delivered my first son in 1997, my second son in 2000 and my 3rd son in 2001. He never made me feel like my needs didn’t matter. He took great care of me through all of my pregnancies and deliveries. I was devastated when I was pregnant with my 3rd son and found out that Dr. Holls would be leaving UT Hospital. He assured me that it wouldn’t be before my son was born. I am so thankful for Dr. Holls for his kindness shown to me every time I seen him. He’s truly an amazing doctor!!

Terrible people skills. Was not open to our suggestions for treatment whatsoever and wasn't overly helpful in getting us to another doctor either. We wasted our time here.

Horrible bedside manner. Told me to Web MD things that could be “wrong” with my daughter.

I met with Dr. Holls regarding prenatal care. He was very rude and not inviting. I'm currently 34 years old and he told me goodluck raising a teenager when you are 60. He also told me I would need to have a c-section due to my medical history but then was confused about the surgeries I had as he had not read my chart or researched it.

I am currently pregnant and i have holls as my doctor and he is the best. hes very understanding and great with patients. as well as the hospital I love it. I am extremely high risk and they are doing everything they can to get a happy healthy baby and have a healthy pregnancy. I recomend them 150%
