He saved my life. Was home 7 days after surgery with no problems. He is a kind and gentle Dr. with clear and concise facts....explained everything where I could understand.

DrHorsley performed a Triple_by_pass surgery on me. He Obviously had his mind on taking off the next two weeks for his 2 week Christmas vacation, because in my opionion he did not perform his duties to the best of his ability.As I have been told by many Physicians: they practice their craft under the RULE: D O N O H A R M !!!The By -Pass was Successful: but the procedure used to replace the Sternum area back together was a complete disgrace. There was at least 1 area of Non-Union left in the sternum bone. Also the staples used to hold the Sternum together were completely placed into the area improperly, digging in the Flesh area. After a CAT Scan was completed some month's later, and asecond opinion was made by a prominent Surgeon in Tennessee, Dr Horsley was confronted with the facts that wires were protruding in my flesh, he arogantly continued not to see the wires on the scan , until I pointed them out to him.. He surgiccaly removed these wires a week later,while juse… placing me under a general anesthetic.Needless to say this was the last time I had any contact with this man. I am now taking many narcotics to help with the pain in my sternum. I also have to have pain management nerve blocks on a regular basis to assis in the pain I have in the Nerve -endings acroos my chest wall where the Chest Spreader was used. I was forced to file for Didability.. This occurred over 5 years ago. As I am a Christian man, I do not believe in Law Suits. Money willnot help this pain go away. I will have to live with it the rest of my Short life, since one of the Grapht's that he replaced has been vertified by my Cardiologist as having been closed up. My Heart continues to worsen, and have been told that a Heart Transplant would be my only option. This is improbable due to my age and weight and health.. I PRAY FOR DR HORSLEY every day that he will Strive not to make this same mistake on another patient,but I would be remiss if I did not inform the public of the distress that this man has caused imy entire familie's life.
