Incompetent, unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate office staff. I filled out their 20 page application online then a week later Elvira called and asked for previous Dr.records. I gave them to her and here it is 3 weeks later and I never heard back from them to set an appointment so I called and they couldn’t even find me in the computer. Is this a Dr. office or a circus? These people shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public. If they can’t keep up with paperwork I sure don’t trust them to examine me! "

Dr. William Irr is a brilliant Neurologist who has been treating my spinal stenosis successfully without surgery. My biggest fear was surgery because I always heard your back will never be the same. Dr. Irr has, through his years of practice and continued education discovered alternative approaches. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Irr and his staff. I had been misdiagnosed by another Neurologist, and their treatment plan was not working. I was referred to Dr. Irr by a trusted friend and can never thank that individual enough for putting me on the right path.

We adore Dr. Irr! He is a very good doctor and have his patients best interest at heart. Our doctor is special and Dr. Irr make her feel so welcome and comfortable.

one of the best doctors in his field spend lots of time with you answering all your questions, makes sure you understand everything. Doesn't hurry you, makes you feel at easy with everything he does.

The staff is very poor. Multiple errors by the staff, e.g. overcharging, not returning calls or e-mails, not conveying messages correctly, not following-up as per doctor's instructions, and incorrectly scheduling procedures.

Dr. Irr is an outstanding physician. His examination was thorough and professional. I had an emg done by him and I went into it with some apprehension. He was very good about explaining what he was doing and made the entire process as painless as possible
