Would highly recommend Dr William Jacks...He was my second opinion when I discovered a lump in my throat that would not go away...my doctor told me it was nothing but when I went to Dr Jacks he said "Lets do some tests" after a series of abnormal tests I was diagnosed with small B cell lymphoma and had to have a surgery that was a success and I am cancer free X3 years now and Dr Jacks is and always be my primary physician...Had I just listened to my old Doctor I would have left the cancer alone and it would have spread...Quite frankly DR Jacks saved my life

Dr. Jacks is a great doctor! I had an emergency and I did called the office and I was seen by Dr. Jacks immediately. The office staff and Dr. Jacks took care of me and I am so appreciative of all their efforts. Thank you Dr. Jacks for always being the doctor I can count on anytime. You are the BEST!!!!

My husband and I have been going to Doctor Jacks since 2005. I would not go to any other doctor. He cares about his patients, he takes the time to actually go over all of your concerns. He does not treat you like a number but as a patient and takes his time in the room with you. He will not give you medication unless he knows it is the right treatment for you. If you are looking for a GREAT doctor, than look no further!!!! And on the plus side, he is so polite and we actually cannot wait to see him when it is time for our appointments. Great, great, Doctor!!

My family have been patients of Dr.Jacks. He is a great doctor, very kind, caring and he explains everything so you know and understand. His office staff appears to be English as a second language, so that was a bit of a struggle over the phone, etc. But that's the only complaint. He's an excellent doctor.
