Dr J and staff extremely professional and friendly. Prompt attention to your needs and concerns, Dr J very kind caring doctor. I am always happy with the results. Easy to get appointments and Dr does not rush your visit with him.

My experience with Dr.Jacobsen was extremely disappointing. I am unhappy with my outcome and the aftercare I received. I had high hopes because he’s been a doctor a long time and his reviews were excellent, but choosing him was a huge mistake. I have read other reviews that speak about Remove Bad Reviews and this doctor. A simple online search of this will show the case. I hope Vitals will investigate this because doctors shouldn’t be allowed to do that because it makes the review system pointless.

I was given a referral by my PCM to Dr J's office and before I had a chance to contact the office Dr J's office contacted to set up an appointment. The staff greeted me upon arrival and they were very kind. I was very please to meet Dr J, he explained in detail the procedure that would be done. The office staff made me an appointment for a week later, During the procedure Dr J and I had very pleasant conversation and as a veteran of the army and I was very please to find out Dr J is also an army veteran. My procedure went really well and I am 100% pleased with Dr J and his staff. I am would highly recommend Dr J and his office.

I had a cyst on my face for years, but hesitated to have it removed because I did not want a scar. I talked with Dr.J about removing the cyst. I am delighted to say, Dr. J removed the cyst and there is no visible scar. Thank You Dr. J

Dr. Jacobsen was exactly what I had hoped for and more! After a bi-lateral mastectomy due to breast cancer, I had reconstructive surgery over a six month period by another doctor that resulted in near death sepsis from a contaminated implant. Over the next two years I had three surgeons, all well researched and seemingly skilled, leave me deformed and hopeless. I would have saved myself years of ill health and emotional stress if I had chosen Dr. Jacobsen first. During our consultation he was so warm and genuine, and had a sense of humor which was greatly appreciated! He listened and actually heard what I was saying. There was no hesitation from him at all when I told him I wanted to exchange my silicone for saline implants. The previous 3 surgeons would not do saline implants, one of them even lied to me and put in silicone when I specifically said saline ("insurance restrictions!"?). Four days after my consultation with Dr. Jacobsen, I had surgery. I need to emphasize here… how past experience with doctors and surgeries throughout my life has left me with PTSD. I didn't share this with Dr. Jacobsen, and yet I was treated by his staff and everyone at the hospital with such respect, kindness and concern for my well being. I am so grateful for Dr. Jacobsen. He is the miracle I prayed for and I am thrilled with the results!!! Dr. Jacobsen has restored a part of me much more valuable than my physical appearance. But, I must admit my breasts are beautiful!!!! With deepest gratitude, Pamela (healing time was exceptional; incisions are virtually invisible after 2 weeks, and my previous scar tissue is gone!??)

Dr J it's got to be one of the most sincere caring people I've ever met his staff is unbelievably professional in every way he listens to everything you have to say and talks to you like you're a friend and his work is fantastic he saved my life with melanoma cancer I give my complete trust to him and his staff are doing a magnificent job and the caring and understanding they all have God bless this man
