I have been a patient of Dr. J's for approximately 7 years. He has always been available, approachable and helpful. Great GP.

A warm, caring physician and very competent

Do not go to Jacobson, if you are smart. The office is dark and dank, really creepy. The office staff is the worst you could imagine: curt, arrogant, even belligerent. Now to the real problem. Jacobson cannot stand the fact that someone can go to a specialist without his referral. Everything must go through him, he thinks. He thinks that no one is as smart as him. Doctors like him have long since been gone. Also, me and another patient ( a friend) have concluded that he must have real issues under the surface. He is a real creep, and do not be fooled by his initial friendly and affable manor. Go to Jacobson at your own risk.

This is a nice guy. It's an "oldfashioned" doctors ofice where the doctor has time to answer your questions and sometimes just prescibes rest instead of unnecessary prescriptions and test. He has good judgement. He is very friendly and listens. He is interested in alternative medicine and can provide you with some supplements and recomend nonstandard aproach which I am really greatfull for as in the end this is what helped me an poined me in the right direction. Appointmendt are relatively easy to get and there is usually no wait. Parking across the street. A great family doctor!

Dismissed entire family without proper professional written notice.One family member being elderly and needing bloodwork experiencing shortness of breath ended up eventually in the emergency room and needed blood transfusions.Diagnosed with iron deficiency. Dr J told her 1 yr. prior to no longer take her iron supplement. He does not like to be questioned about his diagnosis.Staff is not courteous.Fortunately this worked out to our benefit we all found excellent Dr.'s who call us back immediately with bloodwork and test results and spend more time with us.

I did my annual physical with Dr. William last year. The doctor was friendly. However, my nightmare starts after the visit.......1. Unnecessary tests were performed, meaning Insurance would not pay.2. Wrong codes were billed (medical, not preventative), meaning Insurance would not pay.Furthermore, the secretaries and billers are not friendly. Every time I stopped by or called, I felt strong negative energy. On top of that, the biller, Susan, only works from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday!Made dozens of calls for the short visit so far. Worst experience with any doctor office ever.
