Dr. William Stix Jonas, MD

Lab tech was very nice & blood draw was painless. Wait time this past visit was longer than usual, but understandable because not all patient visits or situations can be addressed within the same allotted time. However, Dr. Jonas still took the time needed for my visit and didn’t rush through it. He’s very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He listens and answers all questions. That’s what’s important to me.

Dr Jonas and his care team are detailed and thorough in their diagnosis and attention to your needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone who’s in need of a top rate Oncologist.

I have been with Piedmont Oncology for 17 years. Dr. Jonas followed up with me after my 3rd hospital stay this year. He is also a hematologist which is why I saw him. I have been on Eliquist due to a DVT bloodclot. Surgery in April and several doctors wanted me on Eliquist. Dr. Jonas reduced my Eliquist & I'm doing fine so far. He is very attentive, has a great bedside manner, and laughs a lot. His staff puts others to shame! If I have a question or concern, I receive a response within a short period of time. The office is #1in my world.

This was my first visit to an oncologist post surgery. He listened to my rambling and was patient with me as I am still getting use to my new diagnosis. My hope is that all patients can find a physician who can put your fears at ease

Visit was a recheck and DrJonas had done his research! He knew my previous “numbers and explained what I was to do to feel better. He made suggestions for me. I always feel that he is on top of everything going on with his patients! He was my husbands Doctor and we both were more than satisfied with his care for him and now I feel I have complete confidence in diagnosis and treatment. He is always easy to talk with and cares for his patients, answers any questions I may have also! Wouldn’t change Doctors for anything, he is the best! He truly knows his profession very well!

This was my first appointment. I was welcomed well. Everyone was very professional. The PA came in first, to go over my health. Very nice young lady. Dr. Jonas came in next, he's a very nice person as well, he's also funny. Overall, I do believe that he is a fantastic Dr. that has a great wealth of knowledge and beyond to care for his patients.
