the licence need to revoke form Dr William kaplan ! really all the few hundred fraud reports he submitted need to be court need to be dismiss all the few hundred mans should put join law suit against him URGENTLY

In a custody case, regardless of the facts, Dr. Kaplan will always find a way to give deference to the mother, even to the obvious detriment of the children.

He is a very nice man but be warned. If you are seeing him in the circumstance of divorce/custody he will lead on that he is being fair and impartial but he will always side with the mother. I know this because I am a mother! If you are a man and you deserve a fair chance at full custody and have a choice, I implore you to request someone else I’m a mother and Dr Kaplan should have never recommended that I get full custody. My ex and I are now cordial and understand the importance of the children’s needs and wants. It seems that Dr Kaplan never quite grasped that during his years of practice. That is very unfortunate. Dr Kaplan went out of his way to help me find a parenting coordinator after my divorce. It was greatly appreciated.
